I'm Shaun Randall — a Full Stack Developer with over 20 years of experience in web development and software engineering. My path here wasn't conventional, and that's shaped how I approach problems.
I grew up on a dairy farm and ranch in northwest Oklahoma, where I learned hard work, time management, and resourcefulness firsthand. After high school I pursued a Computer Science degree at the University of Central Oklahoma, then continued my education in computer-aided graphic design at ITT Tech in Houston.
My career began at CPaT Inc., a global leader in commercial pilot training. I started as a graphic artist and quickly moved into developing interactive aircraft training courseware and expanding their Learning Management System. By 2009, I was promoted to Director of Research and Development — leading the design of online systems, mobile apps, and training courses for flight crews worldwide.
During that tenure I had the privilege of collaborating with NASA, Boeing, and Airbus.
In 2012, I identified a growing need for businesses transitioning from paper-based systems to digital operations, and developed a solution that became the Digital Data Manager (DDM). In 2013, I was recruited by London-based startup Strat Aero International Ltd. as Chief Technology Officer, where the DDM evolved into a client-facing product.
The birth of my first child in 2014 shifted my priorities. By the time my second child arrived in 2016, I had founded Software Response LLC, where I now specialize in creating customized software solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The DDM remains the cornerstone of my work — connecting clients with seamless, scalable systems. Our new projects continue to build on this foundation, delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Recruited to lead technical operations for this London-based startup specializing in aviation-related tools for cross-industry operations. Oversaw server management, front-end and back-end development, API integrations, and custom software delivery across multiple locations and companies.
Began as a graphic artist and quickly transitioned into developing interactive aircraft-specific training courseware and expanding the in-house Learning Management System.
